Marvel Stadium has a number of accessible-friendly facilities, amenities, and services to ensure that all patrons have the most enjoyable experience.
Marvel Stadium is committed to supporting patrons with accessibility requirements wherever reasonably possible. To help ensure the safest and most comfortable experience for everyone, we encourage anyone with accessibility enquiries relating to a Major Events & Concerts to contact accessibility@marvelstadium.com.au prior to event day. Getting in touch in advance gives our team the best opportunity to understand your needs and discuss available support options.
Please note: The below information relates specifically to services and facilities available Major Event & Concert season which may differ to the Stadium's regular operations. For more information on all services at Marvel Stadium, please visit the Key Information page HERE.
Accessing the Stadium:
- Accessible access to the external concourse is available via La Trobe Street (Gates 6-8), Harbour Esplanade (Gates 8-9) & Bourke Street (Gates 1-4 & 9). Stadium maps are available HERE.
- Patrons with accessible needs looking for car parking are advised to book a space HERE, and advise a car park attendant upon arrival that an accessible space is required.
- Mobility Aids such as wheelchairs, mobility scooters, crutches, walking frames, and walking canes are permitted inside the Stadium, but they must be stowed safely under your seat to avoid blocking access paths. If a Mobility Aid does not fit under a seat, cloaking services are free of charge and available at Guest Services, located Gate 1 (Aisle 3) and Gate 5 (Aisle 36).
Event Day Support & Amenities:
- Once entering the venue via the gate noted on your ticket, Accessible GA Arena access is available via Gate 6 lifts to B2
- Wheelchair services are available to assist patrons on event day from Guest Services at Gates 1 & 5, or by approaching a customer service staff member upon arrival.

Accessibility Spaces:
Marvel Stadium is proud to be an official accredited sensory inclusive venue, designed to assist guests with sensory sensitivities in having the most comfortable and accommodating experience possible when attending any event.
- Chill Hub: A sensory-friendly space available for all patrons to utilise when requiring self-regulation before re-joining the event from their seats. Located at Danvers Room, Level 2 - Aisle 25.
- Sensory Rooms: Located at Level 1 - Aisle 3 & Level 3 - Aisle 31.
- Sensory Bags: Complimentary sensory bags are available from all Accessibility Spaces and Gate 5 Guest Services (Level 1, Aisle 36).
Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Initiative
The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower is a simple tool for you to voluntarily share that you have a disability or condition that may not be immediately apparent – and that you may need a helping hand, understanding, or more time in shops, at work, on transport, or in public spaces. Marvel Stadium supports the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower through staff training and awareness, but please be advised that Sunflower lanyards are not available for purchase at the Stadium.
