Facilities & Amenities

Marvel Stadium has a number of facilities, amenities and services to ensure patrons have the most comfortable and enjoyable experience whilst visiting the venue. You can also view the Stadium Map for a full list of amenities HERE.

Guest Services & Ticket Boxes

Guest Services and Ticket Boxes are located at Gates 1 & 5. Whilst not limited to the below enquiries only, please see the below for the best suited Guest Services regarding your type of enquiry.  

• Gate 1 Guest Services (Aisle 3): Reception, general customer service, cloaking, lost & found, wheelchair services & accessibility enquiries.
• Gate 5 Guest Services (Aisle 36): Club membership (subject to event availability) or VIP (special events), general customer service, cloaking, sensory bag hire, wheelchair services enquiries.

Cloaking

Cloaking services are free of charge and available at Guest Services, located:

• Gate 1 Guest Services: Level 1, Aisle 3
• Gate 5 Guest Services: Level 1, Aisle 36

Marvel Stadium FREE WiFi

Merchandise

The Marvel Super-Store operates on non-event & select event days, with both Marvel and AFL merchandise available. For full information including operating times and contact details, click here. Event day club or artist merchandise is available on event days only, at outlets throughout the Stadium. Please ask a customer service team member on arrival for your closest outlet. 

Kids Zone

• Level 1: Aisle 27 (Marvel themed, with colouring-in and activity sheets for AFL matches)
• Level 3: Aisle 30 (Wooden play area)

Accessible & All-Gender Toilets

Toilets (including accessible^#, ambulant & all-gender^{^}) are located throughout the Stadium on all levels.

* Please note that Level 2 Aisle 4 all-gender toilets are available on the internal concourse, external to Medallion Club in the walkway between Stadium Square and Gate 9.

Parent Rooms / Baby Change

There are two Parent Rooms with baby changing facilities and privacy areas. Alternatively, fold-down changing tables are available in accessible toilets throughout the Stadium.

• Level 1: Aisle 3 & Aisle 28

Changing Places 

Access to this facility requires the use of an MLAK key 24/7. If access assistance is required during event mode (valid ticket required), please see staff at Gate 1 Guest Services. Please note that the external door to the Changing Places facility is not available for access on event day 1 hour prior to gate opening time, or until 2 hours post-event. • Level 1, Aisle 3 (during event mode)

Sensory Rooms & Bags

Sensory rooms include activity panels, bean bags, and seating benches. Sensory Bags are available for complimentary hire from both sensory rooms and Gate 5 Guest Services. For full information, click here. Locations:

• Level 3: Aisle 21

Chill Hub

In addition to our two sensory rooms, a low sensory space is available for select Special Events. A sensory-friendly space available for all patrons to utilise when requiring self-regulation before re-joining the event from their seats. 

• Danvers Room: Level 2, Aisle 25

Multi-Faith Prayer Room

Both prayer rooms offer a quiet space for prayer or other religious observations during events, and include prayer mats for room-use. Locations:

• Level 1: Aisle 3
• Level 3: Aisle 17

Phone Charging Stations

ChargeSPOT stations are available throughout the Stadium and usage is at the responsibility and cost of the user. For more information or assistance, click here. Locations:

• Level 3: Aisle 35

Water Stations

Complimentary water stations are available throughout the Stadium on all levels.
