Marvel Stadium has a number of facilities, amenities and services to ensure patrons have the most comfortable and enjoyable experience whilst visiting the venue. You can also view the Stadium Map for a full list of amenities HERE.
Please note: The below information relates specifically to services and facilities available Major Event & Concert season which may differ to the Stadium's regular operations. For more information on all services at Marvel Stadium, please visit the Key Information page HERE.
Guest Services & Ticket Boxes
Guest Services and Ticket Boxes are located at Gates 1 & 5. Whilst not limited to the below enquiries only, please see the below for the best suited Guest Services regarding your type of enquiry.
- Gate 1 Guest Services (Aisle 3) - Reception, general customer service, cloaking, lost & found, wheelchair services & accessibility enquiries.
- Gate 5 Guest Services (Aisle 36) - General customer service, VIP (special events), cloaking, sensory bag hire & wheelchair services enquiries.
Cloaking
Cloaking services are free of charge and available at Guest Services, located:
- Gate 1 Guest Services: Level 1, Aisle 3
- Gate 5 Guest Services: Level 1, Aisle 36
Marvel Stadium FREE WiFi
The Marvel Stadium FREE WiFi is available for everyone to use. Find Marvel Stadium FREE WiFi in your Wi-Fi settings on your device. More information on how to connect and troubleshooting can be found HERE.
Baby Change / Parents Room
Parent Room facilities include a baby change table, child-friendly play panel, a microwave and television, as well as both private and public feeding areas. Baby changing facilities are also available in all accessible locations, and are regularly cleaned and sanitised - For locations of accessible toilets, click here.

Changing Places
A Changing Places facility is available at Marvel Stadium on both event and non-event days. It is located at Gate 1 Guest Services, Level 1 - Aisle 3 and is accessible 24/7.
Access to this facility requires a MLAK key at all times.
If access assistance is required during event mode (valid ticket required), please see staff at Gate 1 Guest Services. Please note that the external entrance to the Changing Places facility is unavailable from one hour prior to gate opening until two hours after the event concludes. During this period, access is available via the stadium interior for ticketed patrons. For more information on Changing Places, click here. Locations:

Sensory Rooms & Sensory Bags
Sensory rooms include activity panels, bean bags, and seating benches. Complimentary sensory bags are available from all Accessibility Spaces and Gate 5 Guest Services for the event duration. Visit the Sensory Inclusion Page for more information & FAQs HERE. Locations:

- Level 3: Aisle 31
Chill Hub
In addition to our two sensory rooms, a low sensory space is available for select Special Events. A sensory-friendly space available for all patrons to utilise when requiring self-regulation before re-joining the event from their seats.
- Danvers Room: Level 2, Aisle 25
Multi-Faith Prayer Room
Both prayer rooms offer a quiet space for prayer or other religious observations during events, and include prayer mats for room-use. Locations:
- Level 1: Aisle 3
- Level 3: Aisle 17
Phone Charging Stations
ChargeSPOT stations are available throughout the Stadium, with usage at the responsibility and cost of the user. Note that these stations are card only, with cash payments not accepted. *Locations:
- Level 1: Aisles 3, 17, 27 & 34
- Level 2: Terrace Bar & Aisle 34
- Level 3: Aisle 7, 18 & 34

Complimentary water stations are available throughout the Stadium on all levels. For Special Events, there are additional stations located on the floor for GA Patrons. Locations:
