Marvel Stadium is dedicated to enhancing the Docklands community experience by hosting world-class entertainment events in a way that respects and celebrates our neighbourhood.  

We understand that there are additional elements for these events relating to crowd management, traffic management and noise management that have the potential to impact our neighbours to a greater degree than our standard sporting events.  

This page aims to provide specific event information that ensure the Docklands community is well informed in advance of the entertainment events over the summer season.  

The special events confirmed for the 2026 season are: 

Traffic Management: 

Additional traffic management will be implemented for each of these events across Bourke Street (managed throughout the event and closed post event), Harbour Esplanade (dedicated drop of and pick up location) and La Trobe Street (closed post event).  

Noise Management: 

For these special events noise audible from outside the stadium can be expected from motorbikes and other action vehicles, amplified music, special effects and pyrotechnics. All events will be finished prior to 11pm to ensure compliance with the local noise curfew. There may also be noise generated from sound checks performed in the days prior or the morning music events.  

Active noise monitoring occurs regularly for concerts at the Stadium.
