Accessible Ticketing & Companion Cards:
Accessible tickets are purchased via Ticketmaster using the interactive map or filters (or another authorised ticketing agent for that event). Companion cards entitles a companion to free entry to the venue and are available at the time of purchase via Ticketmaster when purchasing accessible tickets as an 'add-on'. Wheelchair accessible general admission for AFL cannot be reserved and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. General Admission areas are confirmed closer to match day and are available on their relevant event page once confirmed.
Event Day Support:
Marvel Stadium is committed to supporting patrons with accessibility requirements wherever reasonably possible. To help ensure the safest and most comfortable experience for everyone, we encourage anyone with accessibility enquiries relating to a Major Events & Concerts to contact accessibility@marvelstadium.com.au prior to event day. Getting in touch in advance gives our team the best opportunity to understand your needs and discuss available support options.
Once entering the venue via the gate noted on your ticket, Accessible GA Arena access is available via Gate 6 lifts to B2.
Wheelchair Services / Mobility Aids:
- Wheelchair services / escorts are available to take patrons to and from their seat, but please note that wheelchairs cannot remain with patrons during an event.
- If a wheelchair is needed post event, patrons can organise for a staff member to meet them to assist with exiting the Stadium.
- If an escort or wheelchair service is required, patrons are to ask a customer service team member upon arrival at the Stadium, or are to visit Guest Services located inside Gates 1 (Level 1, Aisle 3) and 5 (Level 1, Aisle 37).
- Mobility Aids such as wheelchairs, mobility scooters, crutches, walking frames, and walking canes are permitted inside the Stadium, but they must be stowed safely under your seat to avoid blocking access paths. If a Mobility Aid does not fit under a seat, cloaking services are free of charge and available at Guest Services, located Gate 1 (Aisle 3) and Gate 5 (Aisle 36).
