- General
1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all persons purchasing or attending a Marvel Stadium Tour (“Tour”) at Marvel Stadium. (operated by Melbourne Stadiums Limited ABN 37 098 476 594) (“Marvel Stadium”).
1.2 By purchasing or using a Tour ticket, patrons agree to be bound by:
- these Terms & Conditions;
- the Marvel Stadium Conditions of Entry; and
- any lawful directions provided by Marvel Stadium staff, contractors or tour guides.
1.3 Tickets for public Tours are sold via Ticketmaster Australia and are subject to Ticketmaster’s applicable terms and conditions in addition to these Terms & Conditions.
- Tour Operations
2.1 Marvel Stadium is a live, working stadium and entertainment precinct operating 365 days per year.
2.2 Tour routes, access areas, inclusions, timing, duration and experiences are subject to operational requirements, venue activity, safety considerations, stadium events, maintenance works and availability at the time of the Tour.
2.3 Marvel Stadium does not guarantee access to any specific:
- player facilities;
- changerooms;
- premium spaces;
- media areas;
- event floors;
- arena bowl configurations; or
- other locations promoted or referenced in marketing materials.
2.4 Certain areas of the Marvel Stadium may be inaccessible, modified or unavailable without notice due to:
- event bump-in/bump-out activity;
- rehearsals;
- venue hire;
- maintenance;
- broadcast requirements;
- security requirements; or
- other operational matters.
2.5 Tour content, stops and experiences may vary from day to day.
- Ticketing & Entry
3.1 All patrons attending a Tour must hold a valid ticket.
3.2 Tour tickets may not be resold or transferred for commercial purposes without prior written approval from Marvel Stadium.
3.3 Patrons must arrive at the designated Tour meeting point no later than 15 minutes prior to the scheduled commencement time.
3.4 Late arrivals may not be admitted once the Tour has commenced and may forfeit their ticket without refund.
3.5 Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
3.6 Marvel Stadium may refuse a patron(s) entry if it reasonably believes that an admission ticket is not authentic or valid, including because the ticket has been damaged or defaced, or has not been purchased from an authorised point of sale.
3.7 Marvel Stadium reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person behaving in a manner deemed unsafe, disruptive, intoxicated or otherwise inconsistent with the Marvel Stadium Conditions of Entry.
- Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations
4.1 Except as required by law (including Australian Consumer Law), all ticket purchases are final and no refunds or exchanges will be provided for:
- change of mind;
- inability to attend;
- late arrival;
- weather conditions;
- partial Tour route changes; or
- changes to accessible areas or Tour inclusions.
4.2 Requests to reschedule a Tour may be considered at Marvel Stadium’s discretion and subject to availability.
4.3 Marvel Stadium reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule and/or modify any Tour due to operational requirements, safety concerns, venue requirements or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
4.4 Without limitation, Marvel Stadium reserves the right to cancel, move or alter a Tour where a major event hire, broadcast requirement commercial booking, sporting event and/or operation activity at Marvel Stadium impacts the scheduled Tour
4.5 Where Marvel Stadium cancels a Tour prior to commencement, patrons will be offered either:
- a rescheduled Tour date (subject to availability); or
- a refund of the full ticket purchase price.
- All refunds must be applied for and accepted within 14 days of notification of cancellation by Marvel Stadium and Marvel Stadium may request proof of purchase, bookings reference numbers and other information as reasonably required to facilitate the refund or reschedule/exchange.
4.6 To the maximum extent permitted by law (including Australian Consumer Law), Marvel Stadium is not liable for any ancillary costs incurred by patrons including, but not limited to,travel, accommodation, parking or other associated expenses.
- Safety & Accessibility
5.1 Patrons participate in the Tour at their own risk.
5.2 Tours may include:
- stairs;
- ramps;
- uneven surfaces;
- low lighting;
- elevated viewing areas; and
- restricted access pathways.
5.3 Patrons must wear suitable enclosed footwear at all times during the Tour.
5.4 Marvel Stadium reserves the right to alter Tour access where required for safety or operational reasons.
5.5 Patrons with accessibility requirements are encouraged to contact Marvel Stadium prior to attending the Tour to discuss available accommodations.
- Photography & Recording
6.1 Patrons may take photographs and short-form personal videos during the Tour unless otherwise directed.
6.2 Commercial photography, filming, livestreaming or recording is prohibited without prior written approval from Marvel Stadium.
6.3 Certain areas of Marvel Stadium may prohibit photography or recording due to confidentiality, privacy, security or event-related requirements.
- Liability
7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marvel Stadium excludes all liability for:
- loss;
- injury;
- damage;
- theft; or
- inconvenience suffered by any patron attending a Tour.
7.2 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
- Privacy
8.1 Personal information collected in connection with Tour bookings will be handled in accordance with the Marvel Stadium Privacy Policy.
- Amendments
9.1 Marvel Stadium reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
9.2 The version published on the Marvel Stadium website at the time of attendance will apply.
